Explanation of the incorrectness of the three other answer choices:Who do you think is more fortunate, Leona Helmley's dog or the dog of the author in "A Boy and his Dog"? Support your response with evidence from the text.

Well i think that a boy and his dog is more fortunate because the author shows more careness for his dog. First he begins to talk to his dog as if the dog were an actual person and when his dog gets sick he really begins to worry about his dog and takes him to the vet. And he tries to find a cure for him,and then at the end he does what he did in the begining he talks to the dog as if it were an actual person, and he explains to his dog how life is going to be when hes gone. And he also makes sure that he doesnt lie to the dog even though he knows the dog will kind of understand what he is saying but he treats the dog like if he were a person. And leona helmley does love her dog but not as much as the boy did. Just because she left her dog money doesnt mean she lke really cares for her dog as much as the boy loves his dog.
